Are you passionate about supporting our first responders and their families? Do you have skills and expertise that you'd like to contribute to a worthy cause? Join our team of dedicated volunteers and make a difference at the Trauma and Wellness Conference. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who are eager to lend their time and talents to various roles, from event coordination to social media management and beyond. Explore the volunteer opportunities below and become an integral part of our mission to promote mental health and wellness in the first responder community. Together, we can create a meaningful and impactful conference experience for all attendees.

Event Coordination:
Description: Assist in planning and coordinating various aspects of the conference, including logistics, scheduling, and venue arrangements. Help ensure a smooth and successful event for all attendees.

Grant Writing:
Description: Help identify and apply for grants to support the conference's mission and initiatives. Utilize your writing and research skills to secure funding opportunities that will benefit first responders and their families.

Sponsorship Procurement:
Description: Reach out to businesses and organizations to secure sponsorships for the conference. Build relationships with potential sponsors and tailor sponsorship packages to meet their needs and align with the conference's goals.

Exhibitor Liaison:
Description: Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitors participating in the conference. Coordinate booth assignments, answer exhibitor inquiries, and ensure exhibitors have a positive experience at the event.

Social Media Manager:
Description: Manage the conference's social media accounts and online presence. Create engaging content, interact with followers, and promote conference updates and initiatives across various social media platforms.

Marketing and Promotion:
Description: Assist in developing marketing materials and promotional campaigns to raise awareness and drive attendance for the conference. Utilize your creativity and marketing skills to reach a wide audience and maximize impact.

Volunteer Coordination:
Description: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to assist with various tasks during the conference. Ensure volunteers are properly briefed and equipped to provide support and assistance to attendees and organizers.

Tech Support:
Description: Provide technical support and assistance during the conference, including setting up AV equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of technology throughout the event.

Photography/Videography:
Description: Capture photos and videos during the conference to document key moments and highlights. Help create visual content for promotional materials, social media posts, and post-event recaps.

Translation Services:
Description: Provide translation services for non-English speaking attendees or presenters. Assist with interpretation during sessions and facilitate communication to ensure all participants can fully engage in the conference experience.
